If you were expecting a cheerful and excited science guy, prepare to be sorely disappointed. Bill is a bit an anomaly in that he diverts a lot from his character programing. He is bitter and cynical and not the kind of person you’d want to get on their bad side, and, unfortunately, you’re probably already on his bad side just for being around him.

What he lacks in friendliness he makes up for in his genius. Most of the well beloved rides at the park are all thanks to his design. One of the few things that bring him joy in life is the idea of pushing the technological boundaries. If you’re willing to put up with his personality, Bill is your go-to guy if you want to learn how technology works.
